Renovating Kitchens and Bathrooms...the dos and don'ts

Renovating your kitchen and bathroom is one of the sure fire ways to add value to your home. There are so many PC items to choose from it can seem mind numbing to choose the right ones, especially now some of the larger hardware stores are stocking everything you think you could want.

Cains Plumbing can help you BEFORE you choose your PC items and give you advice where best to go. There are a number of basins, toilets etc while pleasing to the eye do not meet Australian standards. They are unmarked with make and model and prove difficult if not impossible to find replacement parts when the time comes. What seemed like a good deal may turn out to be expensive to replace due to non existent parts. Also when buying these pieces advice may not be given as to the spacing needed, particularly for toilets and basins if you want to achieve a beautiful face lift without having the expense of builders and plumbers reconfiguring holes and existing pipework to suit the new products.

Call me when you are ready to renovate and I can walk you through your various options for PC placement and guide you to the range of products you could choose from that will not only look good today but be easy to maintain and trouble free in the future. Once ready to start we can help with the removal of old fixtures and connect up the new including water to the fridge and dishwasher.
